1904	Established a new Factory at n Frankfurter Strasse, Darmstadt.
1995	Establishment of Merck KGaA and public listing.
2007	Merck succeeds with the transformational Serono acquisition.
2010	Millipore Corporation was acquired by Merck and became part of the company’s life science tools division.
2015	Merck announced the completion of its $17 billion acquisition of Sigma-Aldrich.
