In the field of liquid biopsy, DNAexus’ cloud-based platform is used by Natera on its NIPT diagnostics tests.

DNAnexus has been leading the development of the PrecisionFDA cloud-based NGS platform for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The company partnered with Deloitte to win a five-year, $20 million contract in December 2019 to run the collaborative omics environment for PrecisionFDA.

In August 2023, DNAnexus collaborated with Swiss biomedical data analysis company, BigOmics Analytics.
